Dessert Crepes

INGREDIENTS:

For the Crepe:

  • 2 eggs
  • 118 ml milk
  • 118 ml water
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 120 grams whole wheat flour

DIRECTIONS:

  • Pour 1/3 cup of batter into your skillet and cook until both sides are browned
  • You can use greek yogurt, vanila yogurt or whipped cream for your filling, top with it berries and other fruits!
  • Dessert Crepes is ready! Enjoy healthy eating with this yummy and super delicious dessert! 🙂
