Honey Banana Muffins

Who loves muffins? Surely, you’ll love this muffins too!

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with honey, oil, egg and vanilla.
  3. Add the flour. soda and salt.
  4. Mix them well.
  5. Divide the batter among 10-12 paper-lined muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and when your toothpick comes out clean!
